We offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts, modern finishes, spacious living areas, and contemporary kitchens.

Yes. The Buckley is a pet-friendly community featuring a dog park, pet wash station, and nearby parks and trails.

Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM
Sunday: 1 PM – 5 PM

You can apply online through our website or visit the leasing office. Applications typically require a fee, proof of income, and a valid photo ID.
Applicants are generally required to earn at least three times the monthly base rent.
Yes. All applicants complete standard credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.
Application approvals are typically completed within 24–72 hours depending on verification requirements.
Lease renewal options are provided prior to lease expiration through the management office or resident portal.
